1. To access the new portal

A. Internal users should visit: https://omni.allstate.com/        a. Users must use Google Chrome, Fire Fox, or MS Edge        b. Users will now use their Windows NTID and password to access        c. Please enter your NTID in lower case B. All external users and GHRN shops should visit: https://omniswift.allstate.com/        a. Users must use their current login (8000xxxxx) and password

2. If you happen to receive an Access Forbidden message, please do one of the following.

A. For Allstate access, please email Allstatesecondary@allstate.com        a. Kindly include your full name and NTID B. For Esurance access, please email EsuranceSecondary@allstate.com        a. Kindly include your full name and NTID

3. Prior to submitting live request, complete the training course below.
